Street parking for one vehicle is complimentary. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50. The location is perfect for exploring Columbus. Many restaurants and bars are right on North High Street. The Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center are a 5-minute walk away, and Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. The Kroger Food Market and downtown Columbus are less than 1 mile away, and Ohio State University campus is less than 1 mile away. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/uber away, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive away. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. If any smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, and a $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $500 house rules violation fee.
