This home is perfect for anyone going to an event at The Convention Center or Nationwide Arena, couples or friends looking for a night out in the city, business professionals in town for work, or family or alumni looking to visit Ohio State. This apartment is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and original hardwood floors. It features a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room with additional smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans and white noise machines, a hair dryer and handheld steamer, and a dryer. Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. The location could not be more perfect. There are many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. The Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center are a 5-minute walk away, and Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. Ohio State University campus and the downtown Columbus area are less than 1 mile away. Kroger Food Market is also less than 1 mile away. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive or Uber ride away, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive away. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. A $500 charge will be applied for breaking any of the house rules. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
