This apartment is filled with rare plants and upscale decor, featuring original hardwood floors, a king-size bed, quartz countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room, smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Complimentary toiletries are provided. Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $15 per additional vehicle per night. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $29, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $59, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $29, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $59. The location could not be more perfect! There are many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Short North District, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, less than a mile to Ohio State University campus and Downtown Columbus area, less than a mile to Kroger Food Market, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive/uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the apartment's downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the apartment are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the apartment only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
