This apartment is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and the comfiest king-size beds you will ever sleep on. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and high-end appliances. Enjoy high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room, smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night. Street permit parking is available for one car. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. The Greater Columbus Convention Center and Short North District are each a 5-minute walk. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive, and the Downtown Columbus area and Ohio State University campus are each less than 1 mile away. The Kroger Food Market is less than 1 mile away, and Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk. CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive. This apartment also offers easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city! Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500. No plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. Additional (unregistered) guests are not allowed unless under the reservation guest count, and a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
