It features a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and high-end appliances, high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room with additional smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans and white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). Street permit parking is available for $15 per additional vehicle per night. The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Short North District, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, less than 1 mile to Ohio State University campus, Downtown Columbus area, and Kroger Food Market, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, a 10-minute drive to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city! Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
