It features a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, high-speed internet, a 55-inch Smart TV in the living room, additional Smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay. Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. The apartment is a short walk from the Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and less than a mile from Ohio State University campus, the downtown Columbus area, and Kroger Food Market. It's also a short drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, with easy access to all major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
