Violations may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and around the building, with a $500 fine for violations. A lockbox is provided and must be kept locked at all times. Regular pest control is conducted, but occasional sightings of small bugs like ants may occur. Lost or unreturned keys incur a $500 fee.
