Feel at home in this modern retreat built for relaxation. This apartment features a modern, open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with essentials, electric kettle, blender, air fryer, and a complete set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. The living room includes a plush sofa bed, armchair, 58" 4K HDR smart TV, and stylish coffee table. Each bedroom is a peaceful retreat, outfitted with king-size beds, soft linens, 43" smart TVs, and bedside lighting with reading lamps. Both bathrooms are spotlessly clean and well-stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries. Pets are allowed in select units with prior approval for a fee of $20 per pet per night, with a maximum of 2 pets (dogs and cats only). Breed restrictions apply to Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf hybrids. Reserved parking spaces are included, and additional parking is available nearby. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35 for 2 hours, subject to availability. Located on E Princess Dr, this apartment is ideally situated near world-class golf courses, fine dining, and the city's lively nightlife. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 penalty. Tampering with noise monitoring devices will result in a fine. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day, and violations may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and the police will be called if there is a party of any kind, resulting in removal from the property without refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and a fine of $500 will be imposed if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises. If you are bringing a pet(s) without letting us know beforehand for the fees, there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Includes a work desk and chair in the primary bedroom.
