Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated. No smoking is allowed inside the property. If you are caught smoking you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. No parties are allowed. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite. We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. This community enforces quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Lost door keys or a remote fob will be charged a $150 replacement fee. All persons staying overnight for the duration of the reservation must be accounted for on your guest list. If any violation of house rules are grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Packages are not allowed to be ordered to this location for privacy reasons. A security camera/recording device is located on the exterior of the home/apartment only and records people coming in/out of the listing and safety. Please checkout on time.
