An air conditioning window unit will be installed around Memorial Day. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies, and all pets must be approved in advance. There is a $50 late check-in fee after 9 pm and a $100 fee after midnight. Nestled in the vibrant Upper East Side of Manhattan, this apartment is perfectly positioned between 1st and 2nd Avenue on 81st Street. Enjoy immediate access to the new subway line on 2nd Avenue and quick access to the 4, 5, and 6 subway stations (77th or 86th & Lex). The M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, and the Metropolitan Museum are all within easy reach, along with numerous cinemas, coffee shops, and other essential stores. The stove is currently non-functional due to a gas company outage. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and Electricity, are not included in the rent and will cost $330 per month. Between June 1st and October 1st, utilities will cost $360 per month. These charges are to be paid monthly through the resolution center. In some cases between June 1st and September 1st, the minimum stay will be 90 days. All check-ins must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance. No smoking is permitted. No parties are allowed. Includes a TV and a dining table with chairs.
