This fully furnished apartment includes a queen-size bed, sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, though the stove is not functioning due to a gas company outage. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit). A Roku Streamer Box is provided. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee that varies between $200 and $300. Utilities such as electricity, Wi-Fi, and cable TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 a month (between June 1st and October 1st the utilities are $360 per month). It's within walking distance of the new subway line on 2nd Avenue and from the number 4, 5, 6 subway station (77th or 86th street and Lex), and the M79 cross-town bus. All check-ins must be coordinated at least 48 hours prior to arrival; for last-minute bookings, advance notice of a few hours is needed. There is a $50 late check-in fee after 9 pm and $100 after midnight. Getting access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. For the safety and security of all guests, each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, along with a verification of employment letter and a copy of a current paycheck or confirmation of school enrollment.
