This pet-friendly apartment features three cozy bedrooms, a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families, this space offers comfort, convenience, and a great location for your Orlando adventure. This charming apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You’ll have access to three inviting bedrooms, a private bathroom with fresh towels and essentials, a cozy living room perfect for unwinding, a dining area for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked dishes. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for business, this space is designed to feel like home. Parking is available at the entrance and on the street, shared with other guests. Pets are welcome with a fee of $60 for each small dog and $100 for each large dog. All dogs must be declared in advance and adhere to house-trained and non-aggressive requirements. A crate is required if left alone indoors, and a leash is required when outside. No pets on furniture, and please bring your pet’s bedding. Clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors. Centrally located, you’ll be just minutes away from popular attractions, dining, and entertainment options, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. Known for its crystal-clear waters, Lake Conway is a local favorite for outdoor enthusiasts, perfect for boating, fishing, and water sports. The proximity to Orlando Health/Arnold Palmer Hospital ensures easy access to top-tier healthcare services. As the property is part of a triplex, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring units. Guests are kindly asked to maintain low noise levels between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may result in additional fees. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. Windows do not open, so please do not attempt to force them. Do not move furniture, and if necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out. Our homes are treated regularly for pests, but insects and wildlife are common in Florida. Keep doors closed to minimize their presence.
