Feel at home in The Charleston, a designer-decorated Southern beach home one block from Destin’s white-sand beaches. This cozy home features an open floor plan and wrap-around decks. Enjoy the charm and elegance with all the comforts of home. The first floor features a living area with a large sectional with chaise lounges and a pull-out king-size sleeping space. The kitchen is fully stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, traditional coffee maker, and Keurig. A full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron are in the laundry room. For tiny travelers, there is an easy-to-use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes. The outdoor entertainment space features a pool with heating available upon request, a full-sized decorative outdoor kitchen with a granite/stainless grill, refrigerator, sink, a 3-seat bar area, and an oscillating fan. An octagon seating table with a large umbrella is provided for outdoor dining. There is a natural gas firepit with seating for 4, three loungers, a ping-pong table, and cornhole. The Martini Bar includes a twin sail ceiling fan, faux fireplace, mini-split a/c, 65” ROKU TV, custom dart board, and a convertible gaming/dining table with seating for 8. This area also includes a sectional with chaise which converts to a queen sleeper sofa. The grounds are immaculately landscaped with a serpentine walking path and 2 outdoor hammocks. Pool heating is available upon request. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 pet fee due before check-in. Located one block from Destin's finest white sand beaches and a few blocks from restaurants, entertainment, parks, and shopping. It is also 15 minutes from major entertainment venues: The Boardwalk, SanDestin, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Outlets. The apartment is conveniently located 20-30 minutes from the airport (traffic permitting) and within cruising distance to the Scenic Hwy 30A and many other Destin hotspots. The home next door is currently being rebuilt and undergoing reconstruction, and guests may experience some noise during city-permitted construction hours. House parties and excessive noise/disturbances after 10 pm are not permitted. Absolutely no street parking is allowed at any time, with a maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway only. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee will be assessed. The first floor is completed with a bedroom with a queen bed and desk, perfect for working at your "home away from home".
