Feel at home in The Charleston, a marvelously designer-decorated Southern beach home that embodies charm and elegance. Located one block from Destin’s stunning white-sand beaches, this home features quaint balconies. This cozy home features a living area with a large sectional, complete with chaise lounges on each end and a pull-out. The kitchen has an open concept to the living room and is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, and a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A laundry room is located right off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. The outdoor entertainment space features a private heated pool, a full-sized decorative outdoor kitchen with a granite/stainless (large grill/refrigerator and sink) with a 3-seat bar area and an oscillating fan, an octagon seating table with a large umbrella, a natural gas firepit with seating for 4, and 3 loungers. There is also a ping-pong table and cornhole. Enjoy a free six-passenger golf cart. Pool heating is available upon request. The Charleston is located a few blocks away from restaurants, entertainment, parks, and shopping. Major entertainment venues like The Boardwalk, SanDestin, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Outlets are 15 minutes away. You will also be within cruising distance to the Scenic Hwy 30A and many other Destin hotspots. Pets are permitted with a $200 pet fee. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee will be assessed. House parties and excessive noise/disturbances after 10 pm are not permitted at any time. There is a 4 vehicle maximum in the driveway only. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The 1st-floor bedroom has a desk, perfect for working at your "home away from home".
