Bedroom 1 features two triple twin bunk beds, a walk-in closet, a full-sized washer and dryer, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second floor features a dining space with seating for 10, a private balcony, and a kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a wine cooler. The living area features a large Smart TV and a cozy fireplace. Bedroom 2 offers a king-size retreat with a custom headboard, reading chairs, a large TV, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and dual vanities. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The third-floor living space features a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a couch, and a large TV. You'll be just a short walk (less than half a mile) from the gated beach access exclusive to the community. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a required $200 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. The golf cart is not available for use for those 25 years or younger. Guests must be 25 years or older, with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Events and parties are not permitted. You may park up to 2 vehicles here, as well as the complimentary six-passenger golf cart.
