It's nestled in the gated community of Paradise Retreat, right over the Destin-Miramar Beach line. This apartment features a large private pool (the spillover water feature and pool are not heated). The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are provided for guest use. An optional 6-passenger golf cart rental is available. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. A pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available. Enjoy parking right by the front door in this quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. The private gated beach access is just 300 yards away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and a Dollar General for any last-minute items. Uber and Lyft are popular in the area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery. Beach Liquors offers alcohol delivery as well. Destin FL (VPS) is 21.6 miles away, Panama City FL (ECP) is 43.5 miles away, and Pensacola FL (PNS) is 59.6 miles away. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets; an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Guests must be 25 years or older, with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. No exceptions for drivers under age 25.
