Located in the gated neighborhood of Paradise Retreat, right over the Destin-Miramar Beach line, this home boasts spacious rooms and is steps from gated beach access. This home offers a fully fenced private yard and a large pool. The living room area is spacious and includes a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room and is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. A full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are provided for guest use. A six-passenger golf cart rental is available. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Enjoy parking right by the front door. The private gated beach access is just 300 yards away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and a Dollar General for any last-minute items. Uber and Lyft are popular in the area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery. Beach Liquors offers alcohol delivery as well. Destin FL (VPS) is 21.6 miles away, Panama City FL (ECP) is 43.5 miles away and Pensacola FL (PNS) is 59.6 miles away. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Noise ordinances are at 10:00 PM sharp. Excessive noise, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Events and parties are not permitted.
