This home boasts spacious rooms and is located within the gated neighborhood of Paradise Retreat, steps from gated beach access. The living room area is spacious and offers a sectional that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room and is stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A full-size washer and dryer is offered in the home, right off the kitchen. An ironing board and iron are provided for guest use as well. An optional 6-passenger golf cart rental is available. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Nestled in the gated community of Paradise Retreat, right over the Destin-Miramar Beach line, this home is quiet and family friendly. The private gated beach access is just 300 yards away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and a Dollar General for any last minute items. Uber and Lyft are popular in the area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery. Beach Liquors offers alcohol delivery as well. Airport Distances: Destin FL (VPS) - 21.6 miles, Panama City FL (ECP) - 43.5 miles, and Pensacola FL (PNS) - 59.6 miles. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Events and parties are not permitted. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Guests must be 25 years or older, with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in our state.
