Feel at home in this modern, coastal, cozy home located in the heart of Destin, just a few blocks from the sugar sand beaches. This home features an open-air feel with plenty of natural light. This home boasts sea life artwork and custom teal couches and swivel chairs in the living area. The fully stocked kitchen includes full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy the game room garage with a custom-built ping pong table and an indoor basketball game. There is also a cozy outdoor patio with a fire pit and a Weber grill. A four-passenger golf cart is available as an add-on for $375 + tax per week, per stay during peak season (March through October). We are pet friendly with a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs per booking. Located in the cozy Sunsail neighborhood, this home offers easy access to Highway 98, local restaurants, shopping, and activities. Destin Commons is nearby with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Silver Sands Outlets are also a short drive away. There are plenty of public beach access points within walking or golf cart distance. Student groups or groups under the age of 25 are not permitted. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Golf cart use is not permitted for guests under age 25. Only house-trained pets are permitted, and if planned to be left unattended they must be crated to avoid damage. It is required to clean up after your pet, both inside and out, or additional fees will be assessed. The dining area includes a desk for those who need access to work from home. The master bedroom also has a desk.
