Welcome to Tangerine Cove, a charming 3-story home in Crystal Beach, accommodating up to 12 guests. Feel at home in this great destination for families and friends to experience Destin. The living room features cozy beach decor and comfy seating around a natural gas fireplace, along with a Smart TV and complimentary YouTube LiveTV. The open-concept space shares the living room with the kitchen and dining areas. The fully stocked kitchen features a full breakfast bar with pull-up stools, a designated coffee station, and a dining area with seating for 6, plus extra pantry space. A full laundry room is located directly off the living area. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor feel with front and side porches off the living room, and an enclosed back porch off the dining room. Guests can savor the outdoor spaces with natural light and shaded seating areas. The front porch is perfect for chatting, while the side porch has a grill with a swing chair and a small putting green. The back porch is a tranquil screened-in seating area with a fully fenced-in yard. A spacious deck off the bedrooms upstairs is perfect for yoga and morning coffee. Climb up a large ladder-style stairway to find the Crow’s Nest nook and step out to the lookout point at the very top of Tangerine Cove. Guests can enjoy the large community pool year-round. The pool is heated only during Winter holidays and Spring breaks at the discretion of the HOA and is not guaranteed. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per booking. Only house-trained pets are permitted, and if planning to leave them unattended, they must be crated to avoid damage. It is a requirement to clean up after your pet, both inside and out, or additional fees will be assessed. There is parking to accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Located in the Crystal Beach Cottages neighborhood, this home is one block from a public beach access, an easy seven-minute walk, and a few minutes away from local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, entertainment, sugar sand beaches, and emerald green water. Street parking or blocking the sidewalk may result in a citation from the City of Destin. RV, trailer, or watercraft parking is not permitted. Check-in time is 4 pm CST, and check-out time is 10 am CST. No noise is permitted past 10 pm local ordinance. Parties and events are not permitted. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges.
