It is located just one block from public beach access, an easy seven-minute walk. The living room features cozy beach decor, comfy seating, a natural gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and complimentary YouTube LiveTV. The open-concept space shares the living room with the fully stocked kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen features a full breakfast bar with pull-up stools, a designated coffee station, and a dining area with seating for 6. A full laundry room is located directly off the living area. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor feel from the front and side porches off the living room, or the enclosed back porch off the dining room. The front porch is perfect for chatting, and the side porch has a grill with a swing chair. There is also a small putting green. The back porch is a tranquil screened-in seating area with a fully fenced-in yard. Off the bedrooms upstairs is a spacious deck. Climb up a large ladder-style stairway to find the Crow’s Nest nook and step out to the "lookout point." Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee. There is parking to accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Located in the Crystal Beach Cottages neighborhood, known for its quiet and charming feel, this home is also a few minutes away from local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, entertainment, sugar sand beaches, and emerald green water. There is also a large community pool available exclusively to the few homes in the cove. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. RV, trailer, or watercraft parking is not permitted. Groups under 25 years of age are not hosted. Underage drinking and illegal activity are prohibited. Parties and events are not permitted. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is the necessary result, the nightly rate will be applied. Any law enforcement calls may result in loss of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion. The community pool is used by registered guests only, during posted hours. No pets are permitted in the pool. No trash or debris should be left around the home or outdoors. Check-in time is 4 pm CST and check-out time is 10 am CST.
