The modern kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, and a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. The living area features a cozy couch and two inviting reading chairs, along with a Smart TV with standard cable. The master king suite includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed and ample closet space, with Bedroom 3 providing additional closet organization. A full-size washer and dryer are also located on the second floor for your convenience. The home also includes kids' plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, depending on the size of the vehicles. The garage will only fit compact vehicles. Centrally located between Miramar Beach and 30A, this townhome is just minutes from Baytowne Village, Grand Boulevard’s shops and fine dining, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. The newly developed Sandhill Pines neighborhood is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, offering a quiet, family-friendly environment. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but may be possible upon request. Pets are not permitted at this property. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Events and parties are not permitted. Trash days are Monday and Thursday, so please take cans to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evening. All cans must be returned to the side of the home after pickup, no later than 10AM. If these rules are not followed, guests may be subject to HOA fines accordingly. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges.
