Step outside to find a deck with an outdoor dining table for four and a covered patio area with a porch swing and bistro dining for two. Exercise equipment is available on the covered deck. Located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, the property is part of Walton County and is known for its beautiful beaches along the Emerald Coast. The neighborhood features a variety of residential properties and residents benefit from close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico's white sandy beaches and have access to local amenities such as shopping centers, restaurants, and recreational facilities. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. A $100 pet fee will be applied once your pet(s) are approved for the reservation. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted from the property without refund for the remaining days on reservation. Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing. If the guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. The guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by the guest in the reservation. Check-out time is 11am and the guest agrees to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am and any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from the property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay.
