The small, private community is surrounded by forest preserves and protected wetlands. 3 minutes to the local boat launch onto the bay and 5 minutes to Grayton Beach or Seaside. 206 Montclair was built in 2016, it features an open floor plan with contemporary finishes. Entering through the front porch, with a panoramic view of the neighborhood, the main entrance gives way to the open living, dining, kitchen area, and powder room. The gourmet island kitchen overlooks the dining and living room. The first floor features a 9' ceiling. Upstairs is the master suite with a dual vanity, walk in shower, and large walk in closet. The second and third bedrooms are adjacent to the second full bath. Laundry closet with washer/dryer hookups is on the second floor as well. The fully fenced backyard also has a storage shed for tenant use. This home is directly across from the Community Green, a neighborhood activity green space. The home is located just across the street from the large community pool and pavilion, usage which is included in the rent.
