This lovely home with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms offers a wonderful combination of comfort and convenience. You'll love having a free golf cart for easy beach access, plus two community pools and a game of pool inside. Situated near shopping, dining, and plenty of family fun, Coastal 91 is the perfect place to make lasting memories. Our home is located in the gated community of Emerald Waters Village, offering a safe and peaceful setting for your stay. Enjoy easy arrival to this spacious two-story home with parking for up to 3 vehicles, plus a free six-passenger golf cart for effortless trips to the beach or nearby attractions. Community perks include two pools and gated beach access right at the end of the road! The front porch invites you to unwind, but step inside through the convenient keyless entry to kick off your stay. You'll be welcomed by a fun entry space featuring a pool table and bistro table, which flows into the formal dining area with seating for 8. The open living room offers a comfortable place to gather, with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, accent chair, large Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace, perfect for cozy nights in! Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals: full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A second refrigerator is located in the garage, ideal for extra groceries or group travel. Quick bites can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or kitchen nook. A half bathroom is located between the kitchen and living room for added convenience. Coastal91 is pet friendly! Just pay the $200 pet fee before check-in and you can bring up to 2 dogs. The golf cart is included with your stay, all drivers using the golf cart are required to fill out a waiver prior to your arrival. Guests must be 25 years or older, with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. No exceptions for drivers under age 25. You're in a prime location, nestled between Highway 98 and Scenic 98, offering easy access to everything Destin and Miramar Beach have to offer. You're perfectly situated near a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Destin Commons is just 3 miles away, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets are only 2.5 miles from the home. You'll be just a short walk from the gated beach access exclusive to our community, putting your toes in the sand in no time! Several public beach access points are also nearby and easily reachable by golf cart. Check-in is 4:00 PM CST and check-out is 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but may be possible upon request. Luggage is not to be left at the property before check-in or after check-out due to liability. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property, as we do not have access to the mailbox. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Pets must be approved in advance. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in our state.
