This two-story home offers five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. This home offers a wonderful combination of comfort and convenience. The open living room offers a comfortable place to gather, with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, accent chair, large Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A second refrigerator is located in the garage. Quick bites can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or kitchen nook (seats 4). The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen, next to the garage. The cozy front porch is the perfect place for some Southern "front porch sittin". The back screened-in patio is perfect for those warm summer days when you want to escape the heat in the shaded location with a ceiling fan. A table with seating for 6 is located here, along with a small seating area. Enjoy burgers or steaks on our grill right outside of the covered porch, with propane provided. A pack and play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware are available. Enjoy easy arrival with parking for up to 3 vehicles, plus a six-passenger golf cart for trips to the beach or nearby attractions. Community perks include two pools and gated beach access right at the end of the road. Groups with a fur-baby along will enjoy a small dog door on the screened in porch. You're in a prime location, nestled between Highway 98 and Scenic Hwy 98, offering easy access to everything Destin and Miramar Beach have to offer. You're perfectly situated near a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Destin Commons is just 3 miles away, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets are only 2.5 miles from the home. You'll be just a short walk (less than half a mile) from the gated beach access exclusive to the community. Several public beach access points are also nearby and easily reachable by golf cart. Airport Distances: Destin FL (VPS) - 20 miles, Panama City FL (ECP) - 46 miles, and Pensacola FL (PNS) - 81 miles. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is 4:00 PM CST and check-out is 10:00 AM CST. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Events and parties are not permitted. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Guests must be 25 years or older, with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. The golf cart is not available for use for those 25 years or younger.
