The open-concept design leads to a traditional dining table for eight and a breakfast bar for two. The newly remodeled kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with white shaker cabinets, a farmhouse sink, and top-notch appliances, including a gas oven and stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, under-counter ice maker, microwave, and coffee makers for both drip and Keurig enthusiasts. The property offers a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee during the cooler months. A six-passenger golf cart is available for rent at discounted rates for guests, with pricing varying by season. The home is pet-friendly with a one-time $325 fee, applicable to emotional support animals as well. Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this fee, and prior notification is required. Impersonating a service animal is a crime in Florida. Nestled in the heart of Crystal Beach within the quaint neighborhood of Kokomo Cove, this home is directly across from Destin Commons, offering plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options. The Silver Sands Outlets are just a short drive east, and there are numerous public beach accesses nearby, easily reachable by foot or golf cart. For convenience, consider using Uber, Lyft, or taxis during busy times to avoid traffic and parking hassles. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless arranged in advance. The property does not host parties or events, and any violation of this policy may result in eviction without a refund. Guests under 25 years old are not permitted, and any violation may result in denied access. The pool is for registered guests only, and tampering with the pool heater will incur a minimum $500 charge. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on furniture, and any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional charges.
