The open-air living area includes a comfortable sectional, a Smart TV with Hulu Live, and a reading nook with two snug accent chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge with on-demand water and ice, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, silverware, standard coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, Keurig, Crockpot, blender, toaster, and even children's cutlery and dinnerware. A breakfast bar with three stools and a dining area with seating for 6 complete the space. Also provided is a pack & play, high chair, and kids dishes/silverware. An optional six-passenger golf cart rental is available, and pool heating is available for an additional fee. Located in the heart of Destin, this home is within three short blocks of the beautiful sugar sand beaches. It's located at the entrance of the cozy Sunsail neighborhood, with easy access to Highway 98 for local restaurants, shopping, and activities. Airport distances: Destin FL (VPS) - 18 miles, Panama City FL (ECP) - 47 miles, and Pensacola FL (PNS) - 76 miles. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Up to 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee. There is parking to accommodate up to 2 vehicles, plus a six-passenger golf cart. Street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation.
