Feel at home in Timeless Traditions, a gorgeous 3-story home in the quaint neighborhood of "The Courtyard" nestled in central Crystal Beach. This spacious 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 guests. The living room features a cozy sectional and accent chairs surrounding a Smart TV. The open layout includes a dining area with a round table. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, including a French door refrigerator, double oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. You'll have dishes, silverware, cutlery, baking dishes, pots and pans, blender, toaster, crock pot, rice cooker, cups, wine glasses, and a waffle maker. Coffee drinkers can enjoy a regular drip coffee pot and a Keurig. A pack and play, highchair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware are provided. The first floor also offers a full-sized laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and a convenient hanging area. The back deck offers a comfy outdoor sectional, hammock overlooking the pool, pool loungers, Adirondack chairs, a propane grill, and an outdoor shower. There is a sport pool with an approximate depth of 3-4 feet across the entire pool. Parking is available for 4 vehicles. Golf cart use is not included with your stay; please inquire about availability and pricing. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this home is a short walk to white sugar sand public beach accesses along Scenic Highway 98 and directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. Destin FL (VPS) Airport is 18 miles away, Panama City FL (ECP) Airport is 49 miles away and Pensacola FL (PNS) Airport is 76 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed at this property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup; failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Check-in is 4:00 PM CST and check-out is 10:00 AM CST.
