Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. Located close to the vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment of Magazine St, as well as Freret’s famous cafes, bistros, bars, and music clubs. Enjoy the local hot spot Mojo’s Coffeehouse right next door, or explore other options like Rook Cafe, Starbucks, and Nola Grind. The Mercedes-Benz Superdome is 2.4 miles away, and the nearest airport, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, is 14 miles away. Nearby parks include Samuel Square, Danneel Playground, and Lawrence Square, and the house is also near Tulane University. The residence has no dedicated parking, with only street parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are 5 steps to enter the unit. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Gatherings of more than 4 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, with a $200 fine for violators. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses for violations.
