Located in a small, gated complex in the Inner Loop, you’re only minutes from some of Houston’s prime attractions. This vacation townhome features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room has a dinner table with seating for 8+, place settings and dining utensils, and breakfast bar seating at the kitchen island. The living room offers an open-concept layout with couches and sofas, a wall-mounted HDTV, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee tables, light fixtures, and a designer rug. Essential toiletries such as soap, toilet paper, and towels are provided. Free parking is available in the 2-car garage. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate will be applied for each guest after the first six guests. Houston is known for its tasty Tex-Mex and contributions to space and science. Nearby attractions include The Houston Museum of Natural Science (11 min drive) and Minute Maid Park (7 min drive). You're also close to neighborhoods such as Midtown, Washington Avenue, and Montrose for restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed.
