Additional amenities like a ping pong table, ceiling fans, and clothing storage add ease to longer stays. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee of $35 per day of stay. Located in Solterra Resort, this property includes access to the community's amenities, including a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational areas. You are within convenient distance of Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other top attractions, with local shops, restaurants, and lively boulevards just a short drive away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
