Please park only in designated white spaces to avoid being towed, as yellow spaces are reserved. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered with full names and ID provided. The HVAC system operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating from October 15 to May 1 and AC from May 15 to October 1. The operation of the HVAC during transitions is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.
