Located within walking distance of UAMS, Children's Hospital, and Baptist Health Medical, this apartment requires climbing some entrance steps from the parking lot and features stairs inside, as the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The apartment includes bedrooms each with a queen bed, USB lamps and table, a bathroom with bath amenities and a full tub, an open concept kitchen looking into the living area, and a living room with a comfortable couch and a 55" Roku TV. Free parking is available on the premises and complimentary 1G Mbps Wi-Fi is provided. Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two animals, but additional or unauthorized animals will incur a charge of $150 per pet.
