When I first moved into this place, it was under different ownership(Chapel Ridge) and was an absolute disaster of a place. The parking lot was filthy, trash wasn’t monitored, and the overall safety and security of the complex felt lacking. However, since Lora and Holly have came in, and changed ownership, I have had nothing but positive experiences. This is a very affordable complex, that sits in a good area within Sherwood. They have been actively renovating units, fixing old units, and making the complex more of a livable area. They have installed security cameras, fixed major pot holes in the parking lots, monitor trash, fixed the pool, and make a consistent effort to rid all apartments of bad bugs. The maintenance men are amazing, and are very timely. They respond to every call within a timely manner, and if it’s an emergency will be there same day. I would absolutely recommend this place to any students, parents, single mothers, older adults, etc. It’s an amazing complex for the price, and if given respect, compassion, and a little grace (as all humans deserve) the maintenance, upper level staff, and even the corporation themselves will make sure you are taken care of. This is pet friendly place, and even offers a dog park for all residents! This is absolutely amazing place, and both Lora, and Holly would are lovely people to speak to, and should be the people you go to for your next apartment!!

This is home. I've lived in other complexes in the metro area and never have I felt like I could go to the office and be treated with respect like here. Ms. Ty is always so friendly and helpful and this new manager...Ms. Lora is phenomenal. She's all about business but is also personable. The last management team was sorely lacking as the manager never tried to help. I look forward to extending my lease here.
