Income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent. Minimum credit score of 680 is required. Exceptions may be granted if the home is a corporate lease, as a third party payer for the tenants or occupants. Security Deposit and other applicable fees, to include dogs, will apply based on trip length and may change based on the application information provided.
