First, I want to say that if you are reading all the reviews not to judge this place by the negative comments. Come and experience this place in person, make an appointment (The Staff are just Incredibly Nice and the Property is just Beautiful). People are people.... Just remember that there are always two sides to every story. With that being said, I want to say I absolutely love to live at the Wellington at Chenal Apartments. The Inside of my apartment is beautiful. The Amenities are new, and refreshing. The pool is always clean and a great place to relax. There is no other place in Little Rock, (apartment wise), that it's as nice, affordable and friendly. Another thing I absolutely love is the Staff! So fun, So Nice, Always know your name, treat you with respect. Also any time I have made a Maintenance request, they are fast to respond and great to get whatever was wrong fixed. They are Pet Friendly (Hint, Hint... Check out their New Doggy Park). This is very important to me since I have a pet. I have lived here for about 1 year and 6months... No Complaints here. I would and do recommend this place to my family and Friends. ♥♥♥♥♥ Blessings, I hope this Review has helped you ♥♥♥♥♥

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Wellington at Chenal. The staff is friendly and the apartments are spacious and clean. The community is peaceful, and the location is super convenient with shops and restaurants nearby.
