We have lived here for three months now and have been pleased with the response of Averey in the front office with any concerns we ever need addressed. He listens well and responds accordingly. Maintenance requests are handled very promptly. All of the staff has always been so friendly. We are new to Little Rock and are glad to have found Parkland Heights! We continue to have good experiences here. Recently maintenance handled a short list of repairs within 24 hours. So helpful!

My favorite of favorites you never really have a problem thanks to Miss Sasha and Ebony. I have been living here for 3 months I don’t have to worry about I feel very safe. My car is save with me nobody bothers you if you have any issues the management handles everything and they fast. Nobody goes in your apartment you have a lot of privacy. Also a thing I enjoy is that the pet policy allows you to have 4 pets and it’s a big pet park. You won’t need a gym membership the gym always is open just like the pool not to mention it’s open 24/7.
