A very livable apartment community. Forest Place's location is excellent with nearby restaurants, bars, and a Kroger. Access to highways is easy. Our apartment in the South building was spacious and quiet. The building is not new but it is solid. The concrete block construction and concrete floors provide good sound isolation. The large windows in each room fill the apartment with light. The ample closets provide plenty of space for clothes and storage. We did not require off site storage while we lived at Forest Place. Very capable and responsive management team who make Forest Place feel like home, with regular community events and food truck visits. The maintenance is first rate. Extremely competent maintenance personnel who get the job done quickly. I was impressed by the number of our neighbors there who had lived at Forest Place for many years and even decades, or who had returned to Forest Place after living elsewhere for years. There is a reason for that.

Forest Place was the only place that we could find that would allow our dog. The amenities and community that this apartment has to offer is so worth it. Maintenance was always quick and all our problems were heard and taken care of immediately. I definitely recommend this place and could give it 10 stars if possible!
