Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Please ensure pets are kept off beds and furniture to avoid additional cleaning or replacement fees. Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and the hot tub shuts off at 10 p.m. No parties are allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person per night. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge, and tampering with Wi-Fi, security cameras, or locks may result in fees. Please use coasters and trivet mats to protect surfaces, and follow guidelines for garbage disposal use. The shared backyard includes a jacuzzi and fire pit, and guests are asked to be respectful of noise levels and neighbors.
