This spacious home offers a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a pullout sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. Two living rooms provide ample space for relaxation and gathering. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from cookware to coffee makers, and includes a breakfast nook. Enjoy shared multiple decks with outdoor dining, lounge furniture, an outdoor propane grill, hot tub, and stunning canyon views. Ask about our add-ons including early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, pets policy, EV charging, and car rentals to save the hassle of the rental agency. The shared carport includes an EV charger and free street parking with no restrictions for convenient parking. EV charging is available at non-peak hours only (11 pm-7 am), and you will be charged based on the kilowatt hours you use. EVs have priority in the carport parking spot. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet.
