The inviting open-concept living area is elegantly furnished with plush seating, a 55” Smart 4K TV, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Enjoy access to a shared community pool, perfect for relaxing or cooling off during warmer months. The pool is available seasonally and may occasionally close for maintenance. Glass, alcohol, smoking, and Bluetooth speakers are not allowed. Children under 18 must be with an adult. Use of the pool is at your own risk and implies full acceptance of all rules and liability. We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs, with a fee of $49 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights. Longer stays incur additional charges. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time large pet fee applies. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, this property places you within minutes of top attractions, dining, and nightlife. Enjoy easy access to the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Discovery Place Science, Carowinds Amusement Park, Billy Graham Library, U.S. National Whitewater Center, Spectrum Center, SouthPark Mall, Bank of America Stadium, Camp North End, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, and Freedom Park. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, and violations will result in a fine. Quiet hours are enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. The unit is equipped with Minut noise detectors and exterior cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 minutes, guests will be charged a $2,500 fine, immediately removed, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. Free lot parking is available for all standard vehicles, including trucks and large SUVs. Motorcycles are allowed, but no commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, boats, or extended vans are permitted. Public transportation and rideshares are easily accessible. The apartment is remote work-friendly with fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps) and a dedicated workstation featuring a standing desk, perfect for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
