I moved from California and found a home at Stone Ridge Apartments. I initially toured a bunch of apartments in the area, but what sealed the deal for me was Rachel, the office manager. She immediately appealed to me as someone who would actually care about issues I might have while living there. Often times you get managers who ghost you after you sign that lease. And to this day, if I approach Rachel with any issue, she helps me on the spot. The maintenance staff is also very helpful and kind. Shoutout to Mike. The apartment complex is a gated community of its own and parents feel safe enough to let kids roam free and play outside everyday.

Did a tour here over this past weekend and the leasing manager Kat was the one that showed me around the property. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Any questions that I had, she had a good response for me. Kats polite and professional help was the selling point for me wanting to move here. But ultimately I decided that I just can't. The property definitely needs work. The trash area was over filled. There's trash everywhere. A flight of stairs to a few of the apartments that i walked past, was beyond filthy (it definitely needs a pressure washing). And over all just seems like an unsafe place. I've already seen others reviews on the car theft that goes on at the place. It's just not for me. Hopefully they turn the property around because it seems like it could be a nice place to live. 5 stars for Kat and her assistance. 3 stars for the property.
