I have lived at Montford at Madison Park Apartments since summer 2016. I have generally had a positive experience here. As a long-time resident, I have seen several management teams come and go, but the current staff is among the best. Everyone is super nice and accommodating and really tries to make living here the best experience possible. The staff is very friendly and really tries to help. Josh always takes time to check in with me and ask how I am. In the rare event when I’ve had an issue, such as a maintenance concern, it is always attended to promptly and effectively, and the community at large is well-maintained. The maintenance team, Christian and Will, certainly have more than enough work to keep them busy, but my concerns are always addressed promptly, usually within a day, and completed effectively. LC, the property manager, is new to the team, but is a good addition so far. The community itself is pretty quiet, especially considering it’s location is off a major busy road. As a single woman with a disability and chronic illnesses, I feel safe living here. On a related note, knowing I have some limitations, both the staff and residents have gone above and beyond expectations to help me when needed. Everyone is generally friendly and it feels homey, which can be difficult to find in larger complexes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this complex to anyone!

My husband and I absolutely love living here! Connecting with Joshua has been a breeze and he helped us tremendously in our transition. I haven’t met LC yet though only heard great things from neighbors. Will and Christian are active in the community. They help with all our maintenance requests and are swift and friendly! Affordable pricing, great floor plans, awesome amenities and an attentive team — what more can you ask for?
