Feel at home in Emerald Key Unit 502, a fifth-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama. This desirable complex has the best views on the beach. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, night stand, dresser, and 32-inch flatscreen HDTV. The en-suite bathroom has a garden tub/shower combination of cultured marble and his-and-hers sinks. The second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, chest, night stand, and 22-inch LED HDTV, as well as plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, including a full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove/oven, toaster, blender, Keurig and drip coffeemakers, mixer, and a raised bar. A dining area with seating for 6, as well as a raised bar with 3 stools, is adjacent to the kitchen. All kitchen utensils and dishware are supplied. The large living area is decorated with art and custom furniture, including a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a 42-inch LCD flatscreen HDTV with Blue Ray disc. An extra-large capacity Maytag front loading washer and dryer and a full-size iron and ironing board are in the laundry room. Parking is available on a first come first served basis, with a maximum of 2 cars per reservation. One remote for the gated lot will be in the condo upon arrival. Overflow parking is only allowed in the parking area between the gated lot and the street. Walk across the street to shopping or lay out on the beach or by the beachside pool. Gulf State Park is a 9-minute walk, Orange Beach Beaches is a 13-minute walk, and Adventure Island is an 18-minute walk. The Orange Beach Welcome Center is a 3-minute drive, and Back Country Trail is a 9-minute drive. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
