Escape to this beautiful 15th-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Crystal Towers, where you can feel at home with stunning Gulf and Lagoon views and soft sandy beaches. Designed for comfort, this condo features air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, a balcony, and a grill area. It also includes a fully stocked kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, and TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival (card payments only). A maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted per reservation. Rates per vehicle are $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay), free from Day 4-7, and $5/day from Day 8 onward. The winter rate cap (Nov–Mar) is a maximum of $60 per stay. Crystal Tower’s centrally located position puts you close to amusement parks, zip-lining, fishing, golfing, and more. It’s just 2.8 km from Waterville USA, 2.9 km from Gulf Shores Golf Club, 3 km from Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, 4.1 km from Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, 9.5 km from The Wharf, 9.9 km from The Wharf Amphitheatre, and 10.4 km from Adventure Island. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The north side pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed due to the scheduled post-tension repair project. Balcony access will be restricted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for units in the 07 stack (Units 1207-207) and the 06 stack (Units 1206-206) due to potential falling debris and concrete chipping. Indoor and south side pools will remain open, and all floors and units will remain accessible. Any violation of the no-smoking policy in the unit/house or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. Violators of the no parties or events policy will be charged a $500 fine. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
