Step inside to discover an elegantly furnished living space, featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, from a wine opener to a blender, for culinary adventures. Unwind on the private balcony, where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the water and stunning sunsets. Shared amenities include a tennis court, basketball court, a fitness room, a hot tub, and indoor and outdoor pools. Parking passes are available for purchase on site upon arrival for $50 per pass, with a maximum of two passes per reservation. Cash or card are accepted. The condo is located near the Orange Beach Welcome Center (0.5 miles), Adventure Island (0.7 miles), Gulf State Park (1.5 miles), The Wharf at Orange Beach (3.0 miles), and Orange Beach Waterfront Park (3.5 miles). For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Beach towels are not provided.
