Office staff is always so nice and helpful and maintenance is prompt at all times. I was nervous around the time to renew my lease because I saw reviews of rent going up "hundreds of dollars" and it wasn't even close to that! I happily renewed for another year and I love living here! The office is always open now and it's nice knowing we can come in and get fast answers to our questions. I strongly recommend this property!

The apartments at Magnolia Landing are AMAZING!! It was very modern, with beautiful appliances and an open floor plan. The apartment has so much storage areas and a nice balcony. The pool area is gorgeous and well kept. Paige at the front desk was so friendly, knowledgeable and very sweet. I did a self-guided tour which was pretty simple to do. It was my very first self-guided door and I enjoyed that experience.
