Feel at home in this coastal oasis located in the heart of Gulf Shores at Crystal Tower 404. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the 4th floor and is your ticket to a perfect beach getaway. The living room features soothing decor and floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal a private Gulf-facing balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Little Lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to help you whip up tasty southern seafood dishes or any meal you desire. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second bedroom features a queen bed. Up to 2 parking passes are available per condo. Parking fees are collected by the condominium association upon arrival (card payments only, no cash). Rates per vehicle are $20/day for the first 3 days (max $60 per stay), free from Day 4-7, and $5/day from Day 8 onward. The winter rate cap (Nov–Mar) is max $60 per stay. Crystal Tower Condominiums offer a secure walk-over pedestrian bridge providing easy beach access. Local attractions include Waterville USA, Gulf Shores Golf Club, and Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house, as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA; only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The north side pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed due to the scheduled post-tension repair project. During this period, balcony access will be restricted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for units in the 07 stack (Units 1207-207) and the 06 stack (Units 1206-206) due to potential falling debris and concrete chipping. Indoor and south side pools will remain open, and all floors and units will remain accessible. The schedule is subject to change, and weekend work may be required. Some properties have cameras installed outside for your safety and protection; surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided.
