Any mechanical items at the outside deck which cease to function will not be repaired or replaced (fridge, fan, grills, etc.).*** ***Fireplace is inoperable and will not be repaired.*** ***Minimum lease term is 12 months. No more than 2 pets under 25 pounds are acceptable with a refundable $500.00 pet deposit. This is a NON smoking home. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities.*** BEFORE you apply, please read.
