The condo sleeps six, featuring a king bed in the bedroom, a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall, and a queen sleeper in the living room. No pets are allowed on the property. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine.
