The BBQ area invites you to grill up your favorite meals, while the outdoor pool provides a refreshing escape on warm days. This house also features Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Free parking is available underneath the home, with a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per stay. Parking is only allowed underneath the home and no parking is allowed under other homes or in the driveways. Pets are welcome with a fee of $125. Dogs only are allowed, with a limit of one pet per stay, max 25lb. Ideally located just steps from the beach, this house ensures a seamless blend of relaxation and convenience. Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Fort Morgan, Dolphin Cruises and Little Lagoon are local attractions. For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
