This property is in a quiet area with easy access to Hwy 59 and 2.5 miles from the beautiful Gulf Shores beaches. Tenant pays all utilities (water and electric). New appliances, paint, and flooring. Washer and dryer on site. This property will be renting for $1200 a month with a $1200 security deposit. Your monthly income must be $3600 a month or more (combined income for all applicants) there's a credit and background check, there's a $75 application fee per applicant (age 19 or older) and you must have one year of consecutive employment history and rental history. In order to apply you need to pay a $1200 holding fee (this converts to your security deposit once approved) along with the application fee ($75 per adult). If you're not approved your holding fee will be refunded.
