For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos must sign a waiver upon arrival to the condo. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy.
