Located just a short walk from Gulf Shores Public Beach, The Hangout, and local shops and restaurants, this condo puts you in the center of it all while still offering a quiet, relaxing escape. Local attractions include Gulf State Park, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Waterville USA, and The Wharf at Orange Beach. The minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old from March 1st to May 1st. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violators. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, allowing only ADA-compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. A laptop computer is not included.
