Paid parking is available at the property for $62.10 with tax per vehicle per week, with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Boat launch and boat slips are available on-site by request, and charges may apply. Guests wishing to bring a boat must register with the association in advance, as space is very limited. Parking for trailers and access to the boat ramp is a paid service, costing $50 per day or $300 per week, plus a $50 transaction fee. Access to these amenities is not available until you have registered. Indulge in the ultimate beachfront living experience at this Orange Beach condo. With its prime location and direct Gulf view, this is the perfect place to create lasting memories with friends and family. You'll have access to a tennis court and an outdoor pool with sun loungers. Gatherings of more than 6 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No RVs or trailers are allowed. Boats, jet skis, watercraft, and their trailers are only allowed with prior registration. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals, as they are not covered by the ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Beach towels are not provided.
