The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, and microwave, as well as cooking essentials and a kitchen island with seating for three. The open-concept dining area features a dinner table with seating for 8 guests, place settings, dining utensils, and decorative artwork. The open-concept living area offers natural lighting, arched ceilings, comfortable couches and sofa, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a designer rug, coffee table, and décor. The backyard features an outdoor swimming pool, a fire pit, a covered patio, and a conversation set. Complimentary use of the washer and dryer is included. Free parking is available for up to four vehicles, with two spaces in the garage and two on the driveway. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding six. Home to the Mandalay Canals, Toyota Music Factory, and Las Colinas, Irving has a unique vibe with entertainment, fine dining, music galore, and a history all its own. Nearby points of interest include the Toyota Music Factory, Ruth Paine House Museum, Irving Mall, and AT&T Stadium. Dallas attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens, and Reunion Tower. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
