This cozy rental features a kitchenette, bathroom essentials, and beach gear. It is equipped with a TV with Roku, unlimited Wi-Fi, beach basics including chairs, umbrellas and towels, bath towels, shampoo and soap, a hair dryer, and an iron. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils, toaster, and flatware and crockery. A building laundry room is available. Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, for an extra cost of $30. The apartment is located steps from top restaurants, pubs, and bars, and minutes from Ocean Drive and Brickell. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Parties are fully prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property; once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. There is a $250 penalty for having pets in the unit. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account.
