This apartment features a dedicated workstation, 400Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi, and a spacious balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay. Guests can also enjoy the gorgeous year-round hot tub and a state-of-the-art gym on the RG Level, open from 6am to 9pm. Luggage storage is available at check-in/out via bellman for a fee. One parking spot is available for a $200 fee for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Additional vehicles can be parked for $200 per month, subject to availability, with advance notice required. Daily valet parking is also available for $48, payable directly to the building. An Enterprise rental car company is located within the retail lobby for added convenience. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, this apartment offers easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. South Beach is just a short drive away, offering glamorous cruise ship views at The Port of Miami and Star Island. Stroll along Lincoln Road Mall for shopping and dining or explore the Art Deco architecture along Ocean Drive. Wynwood, known for its vibrant street murals, buzzing bars, eclectic restaurants, and boutique shops, is also nearby. Brickell City Center and the Design District offer luxury shopping and dining experiences. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are located just blocks away, hosting concerts, Broadway shows, and sporting events. Downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance. Building Management has strict occupancy rules: only 2 adults (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children are allowed. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. The building is currently undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium will be open and accessible during normal operating hours. A limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the pool at the Marriott Hotel, with passes available at the DoubleTree Front Desk on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use.
