This apartment includes a gorgeous year-round hot tub, a state-of-the-art gym, and on-site gourmet dining. It also features a spacious balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay. Enjoy 400Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi and luggage storage at check-in/out via bellman for a fee. Valet service is the sole parking option if staying for less than 21 days. For stays of 21 days or longer, residential parking is available for $160 for the entire duration, with the request made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Daily valet parking is also available for $48, payable directly to the building. An Enterprise rental car company is located within the retail lobby for added convenience. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, this apartment offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations, including South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell City Center, the Design District, the Arsht Center, the Kaseya Center, and Downtown Miami nightlife. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. In case you lose the key to the apartment, it will be charged $100 per set. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Includes a dedicated workstation.
